Our quality control objectives are to improve all our supporting assurance activities within our certified production processes to maintain and optimise the same.
All parts nonconforming to specification (raw materials, monolithic refractory and ready shape products) are identified as such at an early stage in each production process through a combination of product inspections and attributive controls. This enables us to respond immediately to systematic and process faults and to quickly take appropriate remedial action - to withdraw faulty product from the process, if necessary, before it moves through to the next stage in the manufacturing cycle.
Moreover, this assumption of shop-floor responsibility enables the implementation of suitable corrective actions and/or preventive measures and so eliminates the likelihood of repeated future occurrences
Our Quality Control objectives therefore lead to both internal cost reductions and improving customer satisfaction.
